We're a part-time covers band, not a big online shop. Here's how it works when you buy from us.

The seller is Josh Perry, trading as The Heavy Petals, based in Cape Town, South Africa. The Heavy Petals is a band, not a registered business.
How merch orders work
Merch is made to order, in batches. You pay when you order, and your order joins the next batch. When we have enough orders, we get the batch made.
This can take a while, and we can't promise a delivery date. We'll keep you posted by email, and we'll get in touch when your order is ready to arrange a handover at a gig or in Cape Town, or to sort out delivery with you.
Prices are in South African rand. Payments are handled by Yoco on its secure payment page, so your card details never reach us.
Returns and refunds
Wrong size, a problem with your order, or changed your mind? Email us and we'll organise a return, swap or refund with you. That also applies if you'd rather not keep waiting for your batch.
None of this affects your rights under South African consumer law.
Your details
When you order merch or send a booking request, we keep what you give us (such as your name, email address, phone number, and your order or event details). We use it only to handle your order or request and to reply to you.
We don't sell your details. We share them only with the services that run this site: Yoco for payments, Resend for email and Render for hosting.
Our visitor stats use no cookies or third-party trackers and don't store IP addresses. To see, correct or delete your details, just email us.
